1st mini out of greenstuff? Wow! Very nice work. Good detail on face, clothing (what there is of it ;-), accessories, fur. Well-proportioned. The only negative comment I can think of is the pose is not as dynamic as one might wish for on a dancing mini (take this with a grain of salt; my own entry is very static, as someone pointed out, as if posing for a photo, probably one of those old photos where you had to be still for a while).
One question: how large/small is it (human-size in 25-28mm scale?)?
Too bad these vip3 minis aren't going to be cast. There is some very nice work here indeed (yours truly notwithstanding).

Thanks, Yes, my second mini...first out of greenstuff. My other was out of Magic Sculpt. The greenstuff works a little different. Both can do things the other can not do well. Magic Sculpt is harder and cuts, sands and files well.
Was never totally happy with pose.
She is in the 28mm range.
The VIP3 minis are very nice,

Hi Alvin,
here is a review on your dancing girl.
Pose: Standing, dancing. I would have tried to make it more gracefull by incorporating more circular movements and adapt the movements of individual parts to eachother. with the later I mean that for instance the right foot moves forward as well as the left arm. And these two somehow "block" eachother. Which is ok for some dances but doesn't feel right for her, being that gracefull a creature. I'm still trying to figure out gracefull movements myself by the way (reading up on "rhytm" in drawings). I'm also working on a dancing figure.
Body: Looks very nice. Good proportions and good details. Nice smooth finish. Are the shoulders at an angle or parallel to the ground? Left breast is a bit higher (nipples are rather big by the way). Drapery is very nice. Hair looks generally good but could be better on the tail. I like that bit of hair on her belly. Legs look excellent in the side view.
Head: Very nice. She looks sweet like she's smiling. Her big eyes make her a bit Manga like.
Details: All jewellery, etc. Nice but could be sharper on the edges. I like that earring.
Conclusion: Second mini? Very well done! A bit more movement would be nice.
Did you post a rear view?

Thanks,
I can now see that the pose is not very gracefull. I was never totally happy with her pose. And I think my concern that she might be castable in one piece caused some of this. I would like to get her into metal.I did not want her to be like my first mini (in my folder) and have too be cut apart for a multi-part figure if it was cast.
Her shoulders are at an angle. I wanted the drapery and hair to spiral around her more but settled for this. That earing was a real pain to put on.
Will post a rear view.
