This is my (more or less) completed VIC entry. It's not what I would consider the height of my painting career and it would fall somewhere in the mediocre paintjob range in the scheme of everything else I've painted, however, I could have done a lot worse given the short time it took me to paint it. Luckily though, I ordered two of these and I'll undoubtedly do a better job the next time around. You've probably all ready noticed something. Yep, that's right, the base isn't finished. A friend of mine wanted this miniature for his Frozen Wastes campaign, and I didn't have any snow on hand and I couldn't find it in a local shop, so I had to order some. I'll be sure to give Dominic an updated picture once I recieve the snow material. Other than that, there isn't really a whole lot to mention about my paintjob.
I would like to give a big thanks to Reaper Ron, Sandra Garrity, Dominic, Deane and anyone else who made this VIC possible with all of their hard work.

Purple hair? Didn't realize she already was that old. Look
forward to see your updated pictures.

Hi Jeff,
Over all I like the color scheme. The cloak looks real good.
Nothing really technical to pick at....
I think her hair could use a little shading. And the blue tabard
seems to clash with the rest of the mini. That may change after
you add the snow, but I still think a rich darish purple would
prolly look be better.
As always just my own opinion to be taken with a grain of salt.
I really do like that cloak.

nice cloak, but too many colors where used. makes her look a bit
busy.

I'd go with Dallas' comment about the hair needing a little
shading. When you get a colour like purple, you've got to be
fairly decisive in its use. Give the hair a wash in thinned black
to pick out the detail.
Considering you rate this as mediocre I quite like it. Cloak is
nicely done, the flesh looks good to me and my only question mark
would be over the staff, but overall I think you've done a nice
job.

The back looks like an entirely different mini than the ront! As
if you spent all your time blending and highlighting the coat,
the runes... everything on the back side -- and then just laid
down some base colors for the front, with no other attention to
them. Paint the front like the back, and you'll have an awesome
mini!

Cool Joker VIC. The green looks great on the back of her jacket.
(The jacket gave people a place to stretch their legs and, in
retrospect, I'm disappointed that I painted mine almost
unhighlighted black. Er, sorry, back to YOUR mini...) I can't
recall having seen purple hair recently, but it looks pretty darn
good here. The two things that stick out to me as needing the
most work are 1) her blue tabard, which is crying out for some
shading and highlighting and, 2) the straps on the back of her
jacket, which are in desperate need of blacklining. All in all
though, you've produced a distinctive VIC.
