I liked this mini much, but why it was the champion model, and not the musician, which is far more personal? Okei, so we must live with champion, which is also great looking evil elf with interesting armour and scalesuit. First I started with conversions. It was almost nothing to do with so esthetic mini, but I choose change sword to spear (or sometype naginata). Trick was easy, made with wooden stick and small piece of iron wire. Colour scale is little bit pale. I believe that dark elves are under-earth race, so not much pigment in their skin. This champion it's however colirized his hair to red (It's more dangerous look. Scales are also pale, I was thinking that lizard (not Sea dragon as in Old World) which skin this suit is, is also underdark creature. Rest of the colors were syncronized (ha) with starting ones. The name 'Circle' comes from one character in old D&D campaign I played with friends. Every my mini has a name, it makes those more invidual.

Hi Wille !
I like the concept, conversion and color scheme. There is nothing
bad with the figure, just try some more highlighting/shading on
your next miniatures, some parts of this mini shouw that you can
do that.

This colors and the spear is a nice touch. The red on the cloak
is shaded very well and the cloak has a nice look. It reminds me
of bone fragments. The only thing I can see to improve is to add
more shading to the skin.

Why he is holding the spear right behind the blade? ;)
There are two really evident (at least for me) mistakes on the
mini -I mean the color of the skin got on his hair, white of wire
got on the spear (& I think the same happened on his
badge\whatever that round thing is), but I suppose all of those
can be easily corrected.
I like the color choice of blue/black for gown and armour and
white for swirling patterns.
The pale skin is nice, but I would highlight it a bit more (or
make darker shadows). Red hair & ivory\brown cape works well
together, but IMHO the red for the inside of the cape is not the
best color choice (I would prefer tan or similar)
Why he is standing in the mud?

Here some answers to Ashka and others...
First, the spear is very heavy. Look the blade, it must be
several kilos weight.
Second, white in the hair should be root growing (or how they
say it english), ie elf had colorized his hair with henna, but
hair is still growing and shows original colour in roots. (I'm
not tatally satisfied with result).
Circle stoods in mud because my opponent in Warhammer plays
with Dark elves and I want demoralize him. Thanks from
criticism.

Hi Wille,
I like it, and thought the died hair was a cool idea. One thing
that bothers me is the claws dont seem different from the cloak.
I think a little dark lining here would help define them better.
Also the inside cloak, loin-cloth, and NMM blade seems kinda
"pastey". Not sure why but maybe try thining the paint a bit
more.
